I become very involved with my clients. With my over 40 years in fitness I am able to advise based on personal experiences. I have been a Vegetarian for 35 years and a Vegan for 10 years. I don't push this lifestyle on my clients but I am able to assist in diet transitions. I am a boxing coach, 4th Degree Black Belt, formerly licensed NASM trainer and creator of my successful 'Twelve Rounds' program. I am very passionate about The Brave Transition. This program is designed to unify professional therapist and Martial Arts instructors to help children reach their goals with adjunctive therapeutic using martial arts as a way to create positive peer and social interactions.
